Seville Community House was first established with a small group of women socially getting together doing crafts, later came the children’s playgroup, always meeting at various locations within the Seville Township. The group evolved over time and a need for a permanent place to get together was required. The Seville Primary School offered the use of the old Principles House to use.  In 1985 the house was officially opened, the house is governed by a volunteer Committee of Management.

We offer a variety of Playgroups & Activities for Children, a range of Health & Fitness, Art & Craft and Cooking Classes to choose from.

We also cater for the older generation offering a variety of social groups such as: Book Club, Scrabble, Walking & Gardening groups.

We also take bookings for a range of Accredited Training Courses and have Computer access available at the house.

Our aim is to meet the needs of all members of our local community by providing social networks and by planning affordable classes & activities to suit all age groups. We try to meet individual needs in a friendly, supportive and welcoming atmosphere.

We would like to bridge the social division and isolation this areacan sometimes bring, by encouraging the sharing of skills & knowledge while promoting community involvement & awareness and providing a supportive network for members of the community.
